Custom wall art for gyms, clubs, swimming pools and outdoor venues. Athlete imagery, club colours and graffiti developed around the character of the space and the sport it represents.
I'm Emil Stasovskiy, the artist known as ELMIO. My portfolio includes the Target Boxing Club reception, two Atlant pool projects and City Skate Park in Limassol and Germasogeia. These show different approaches, from an individual stencil composition to a mural across a long fence.

01 / Your space
Artwork connected to your sport
A sports venue has its own brief: welcoming visitors, expressing the club’s character or connecting different training areas. A reception mural, a pool wall and a skate park fence call for different solutions. Viewing distance, movement through the space, equipment and architecture all matter.
A particular discipline, club colours, a name or a story can provide the starting point. Large figures, lettering and repeated shapes can create a composition for one wall or a sequence of surfaces. The content is discussed with the venue owner and the people who use it.
Gyms and fitness spaces
Athlete figures, abstract graphics or lettering can be considered for a training space. Mirrors, exercise machines, racks and wall-mounted equipment affect the choice of wall and image scale. The composition should be developed alongside the rest of the interior.
Boxing and martial arts clubs
Artwork can reflect a discipline and a club’s values through a specific brief. At Target, two young boxers relate to children’s classes and standing up to school bullying. For another club, the imagery would be developed around its audience and aims.
Swimming pools and swim schools
Swimmers, waves and underwater imagery can be combined with club colours. Tell me about humidity, splashes and cleaning routines in advance. The portfolio shows painted walls and poolside columns; each surface needs to be assessed individually.
Skate parks and outdoor venues
Long walls and fences allow rider imagery, graffiti and colour transitions to alternate. Exterior work takes account of the surface, access and weather. At City Skate Park, a shared palette connected a fence approximately 75 metres long.

Completed sports venue projects
Four projects from the Sport portfolio category show different scales and aims: a club reception, a branded pool wall, a children’s swim-school interior and an outdoor skate park. Open the case studies for descriptions, overall views and details.
Limassol · 2022
Target Boxing Club
A reception composition for the club in Limassol’s old town. At the client’s request, actual cut stencils were used: a 3 × 2 metre panel was transferred to the wall with spray paint. The theme connects children’s boxing with standing up to bullying.
A graphic swimmer and underwater geometry in the club’s colours on the pool wall at Modus Vivendi Health Centre. The mural was painted with spray paint, while the Atlant logo was applied with a stencil.
Marine imagery, waves and underwater shapes connect the walls and columns of the children’s pool. A shared blue and turquoise palette brings the interior together around a theme developed for a space used by children.
An approximately 75-metre fence was painted in a shared street-art style for the park’s opening. Riders alternate with discipline names; exterior enamel and spray paint were used for the mural. The project also included the entrance logo design.
Finding an artistic approach for your club or venue
Sport can be expressed through movement, a recognisable figure, the graphics of water or a discipline’s name. We start with what matters to your venue: participant age, training style, the existing interior and club identity. The logo and colour palette can be integrated into the composition.
Overall photographs are as useful as close-ups. They show what obscures the wall and where it can be seen from. Pool columns and waterlines, gym mirrors and equipment, and the rhythm of a long exterior fence each influence the design. The sketch is developed around these conditions.
Athletes and illustrated scenes
Figures express a particular discipline and its movement. At Target this is a boxing stance; at Atlant, a swimmer. Imagery needs to read from the chosen distance. Detail in faces, silhouettes and surrounding elements is adjusted to the wall size.
Club colours and symbols
A logo, lettering and palette can provide the basis for the design. At Atlant, the club mark is integrated into an underwater composition. For a new project, send a good-quality logo and identify the elements that must be retained.
Graffiti, lettering and visual rhythm
Lettering, large shapes and colour transitions can connect extended surfaces. At City Skate Park, discipline names alternate with riders. The wording, letter scale and number of focal points should be agreed before painting starts.

From the brief to the finished mural
Discuss the space and the brief
Send venue photographs, wall dimensions, the location and preferred timing. Explain the sport, the audience and the surfaces you want painted. For a gym or pool, show equipment, circulation routes and areas where the wall is regularly touched.
Choose an artistic direction
We discuss the theme, palette, figures, lettering and club identity. We can work from brand guidelines or explore a direction through references. Portfolio examples help identify an approach, while the new composition is developed for your space.
Agree on the composition and scope
Before painting, the design, area and boundaries are agreed. Surface condition, preparation, access, budget and timing are discussed separately. For long walls, it is important to agree how individual sections connect into one composition.
Prepare the venue and paint the mural
Timing is coordinated with venue operations and access. Equipment and floor protection, wall preparation and painting conditions need to be agreed. Drying time and the return to normal use depend on the selected coating and its instructions.

05 / Budget
What affects the cost of a sports mural?
Area establishes scale, but the image, technique and access also affect the cost. A single logo, an athlete figure and an extended composition require different preparation. An estimate is discussed after reviewing photographs, dimensions and the brief.
Size and scope: one wall, a reception area, several zones or a long fence.
Design complexity: a logo, lettering, stencil figures or a detailed illustration.
Surface condition: the existing finish, cracks, moisture and any base preparation required.
Site conditions: height, equipment, access, location and venue operating hours.
Concept development: available brand assets, sketch development and the number of surfaces.
Send an overall view, dimensions and your preferences for an initial discussion. Include a budget range if you have one: it helps define a suitable scope and detail. The form below sends an estimate enquiry; the final price requires clarification of the conditions.

Sports venue mural FAQs
Can the design include our club name and colours?
Yes, these can form part of the artwork. At Atlant, club colours and the logo connect with the swimmer and underwater shapes. Send your brand assets and any wording that needs to be included.
Do I need a finished sketch before contacting you?
No. You can start with photographs of the space and a description of the brief. If you already have a sketch, an interior design or a few references, include them: they help clarify the direction and the development still needed.
Can you paint a wall beside a swimming pool?
The portfolio includes Atlant and Atlant & Aqua Baby. Your wall, humidity, possible splashes and cleaning requirements need individual assessment. These conditions inform preparation and materials; the service covers walls and columns around the pool.
Can the club remain open during painting?
Feasibility and timing are discussed for the individual venue. Access, separation of the working area, protection of equipment and the time before training resumes need to be agreed. Arrangements depend on the technique, materials and wall location.
How should the wall be prepared, and how long will painting take?
Preparation depends on the substrate and existing coating. Show cracks, peeling paint and signs of moisture beforehand. Timing depends on area, detail, preparation and access; outdoor work also takes weather conditions into account.
How should a finished mural be cared for?
Care is discussed with the selected materials in mind. Mention regular washing, contact with sports equipment or proximity to water before the design is developed. Suitable cleaning methods and coatings are chosen for the particular surface.

Let’s discuss artwork for your sports space
Tell me about your club or venue, the sport and your aims for the artwork. Attach photographs, dimensions, a logo and references if available. Include the location and preferred timing so we can begin discussing the design and budget.
We can start with one wall or an entrance area, then discuss several surfaces in a shared style. If you do not have a firm idea yet, describe the space and its visitors.
